- Members pay a $6.98 U.S./$9.75 CAN flat shipping fee on the order’s first 5 pounds
- For orders over 5 pounds members pay just $0.63 per additional pound for ground shipments to the continental U.S. and $0.70 per additional pound for IGD shipments to Canada.

HOW ESSENTIAL REWARDS BENEFITS YOU
During the consecutive months you earn rewards points to redeem towards free product, these are the percentages earned…

WHAT IS PV?
PV stands for Personal Volume and this is the amount of points you receive whenever you purchase a product. For example, the member price for lavender is US$23.50, your PV then is 23.50. Usually it is the same value as the dollar amount but not always. For instance Rose essential oil wholesale price is $185. but the PV is 91.
HOW POINTS ARE EARNED
It’s easy… you simply set up a monthly autoship order of at least 50 PV per month. Following is an explanation of how your Essential Rewards Points will accrue:
• During the first 6 consecutive months of participation, earn points equal to 10% of the autoship order PV each month. There is a maximum of 30 points per month. For example, if you have an autoship order of 100 PV, you will receive 10 Essential Rewards Points. If you have an order for $410 you will receive 30 points.
• During months 7 through 12 of consecutive participation, earn points equal to 15% of the autoship order PV each month, with a maximum of 50 points per month.
• After 12 consecutive months, earn points equal to 20% of the autoship order PV each month, with a maximum of 75 points per month.
USE ESSENTIAL REWARDS TO HELP YOU QUALIFY FOR MONTHLY PROMOS
You DO NOT have to be enrolled in Essential Rewards in order to qualify for the MONTHLY PROMOS but you can certainly use it to make sure that you earn the rewards. Try keeping your orders around $300 each month and consider if it might be worth placing an additional order in order to earn additional points… and also qualify for the Monthly Promo at the same time. Limit of two qualifying orders per month.

- By faxing a signed Essential Rewards agreement to 1-866-203-5666 after becoming a member.
HOW TO REDEEM YOUR REWARDS POINTS
Rewards Points may be redeemed for FREE PRODUCT after two months of program participation, and after your third shipment.
Here’s how it works:
• Simply call Young Living at 1-800-371-3515 to place an Autoship Rewards Points redemption order. (With the NEW Virtual Office you can now do this on-line.)
• Points are valid “point for point” for product – 1 point is redeemable for 1 PV of product.
• When redeeming points it must be for a product that has FULL PV (Point Value). For example, the member price for lavender is $23.50, your PV then is 23.50. Usually it is the same value as the dollar amount but not always. For instance Rose essential oil wholesale price is $185. but the PV is 91. This means you could use your points to redeem for a bottle of lavender but NOT for Rose.
• Products purchased with Autoship Rewards Points will have no PV. Thus, they do not generate volume, commissions, or bonuses.
• Points may not be used to pay for an existing order, i.e., an Autoship order.
• Member will pay shipping costs and any sales tax for Autoship Rewards Points redemption orders; Young Living will do the rest!
HOW DO I MANAGE MY AUTOSHIP ORDER EACH MONTH–
To manage your Essential Rewards order, simply log in to Virtual Office or contact Member Services at 1-800-371-3515, where a live operator can assist you.
CAN I CHANGE MY AUTOSHIP ORDER EACH MONTH?
Yes. You may change your Autoship items and/or date without jeopardizing your Autoship Rewards Points, as long as you have a consecutive monthly Autoship order.
YOU ARE ALLOWED TO SKIP ONE MONTHLY SHIPMENT
You are allowed to skip ONE autoship in a year without losing your accrued rewards points. So say you’re going on vacation you can contact Member Services and request to skip your autoship.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I CANCEL MY AUTOSHIP ORDER?
You may cancel your Autoship order at any time; however, if an autoship order is canceled or returned, or Autoship participation stops for any reason, any unused Autoship Rewards Points will be forfeited and the consecutive months of participation in the program will be reset to zero. Be sure to redeem any earned points BEFORE cancelling your Autoship otherwise you will lose them.
Again, the Essential Rewards Autoship Rewards Program is a loyalty-based program, so you will want to make sure you have consecutive monthly autoship orders placed in order to maximize and redeem your full product credits.
